Refund Policy
Let's build amazing things together
At PureBold Media Limited (“PureBold,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we value our clients and aim to deliver professional advertising and press release services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our services, which involve creative work, third-party distribution, and media placements, all sales are considered final. Refunds will only be granted in limited circumstances as outlined below.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered if:
Service Not Delivered: You paid for a service that PureBold did not commence or deliver.
Duplicate Payments: You were charged more than once for the same service.
Service Cancellation (Prior to Work): You cancel the service before any work has begun.
In these cases, PureBold will process a partial or full refund depending on the stage of service delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Completed Services: Once your advertising or press release has been drafted, distributed, or published.
Client Delays or Non-Response: If we are unable to complete services due to lack of required content, approvals, or cooperation from the client.
Change of Mind: If you decide not to use the service after we have begun work.
Results Not Guaranteed: PureBold does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., media coverage, sales, engagement levels), therefore dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund.
4. Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Contact Email].
Please include your name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within [Insert Number] business days and issued to the original payment method.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
Clients agree to first contact PureBold to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may be contested with supporting documentation of service delivery.
