3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging our services.
Ensure that all content (ads, press releases, images, or materials) you provide does not infringe intellectual property rights, violate any law, or contain false or misleading claims.
Obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, or approvals for content submitted to PureBold.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use our services to promote or distribute:

Illegal, defamatory, or obscene material.
Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content.
Misleading or fraudulent business practices.
Unauthorised or unlicensed intellectual property.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content at our sole discretion.

5. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers; PureBold does not store credit card details.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in PureBold’s services, including trademarks, software, and materials, remain our property.
Clients retain ownership of content provided but grant PureBold a limited license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of delivering services.

7. Limitation of Liability

PureBold is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
While we strive to ensure accurate distribution, we cannot guarantee specific results, media placements, or coverage.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PureBold, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Content you provide.
Breach of these Terms.
Misuse of our services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. PureBold reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without liability.

10. Termination

PureBold may suspend or terminate services if you:

Breach these Terms.
Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
Fail to make required payments.

You may terminate services at any time, but no refunds will be provided for completed or in-progress services unless required by law.

11. Amendments

PureBold reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
